Wildhorse Coaching is owned by Fiona Monks who trained as a coach with the coaches training institute in 2006/7. Having worked in the training and development field for a number of years, Fiona established her business in 2007. She works with professionals from a variety of fields, such as lawyers, artists, coaches and health professionals.
Fiona partners with clients to help them get clear about what they want. She works with them in discovering who they are and what is really important for them, to create thrilling goals and take steps towards those goals. Fiona helps clients to make decisions. A large part of the coaching process is to support clients in learning how to best support themselves through difficult times and large changes. Working with Fiona means that clients get more fulfilment in all areas of their lives.
Wildhorse Coaching has an expanding customer base, based throughout the UK, including lawyers, coaches, artists, health professionals senior managers. Fiona works with individuals and sometimes partners with other coaching professionals to provide high quality coaching solutions. Fiona trained with the prestigious coaches training institute and is currently completing their advanced certification programme which is accredited by the International Coaches Federation.
