Wigan IT is a professional IT company offering a comprehensive range of sales, services and support to provide a complete IT solution for business and home users.

Wigan IT offer computer, laptop and games console repair, custom computer system builds and pc upgrades, secure wireless and cabled network configuration, data backups and recovery, virus and spyware removal and complete system restores to clients throughout the North West. Wigan IT also provide website design and hosting facilities, email services and database programming. As Sage Developers they are capable of creating ecommerce web sites which integrate with Sage Line 50.

Wigan IT is a member of the British Computer Society and the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce. Wigan IT are also Sage Developers and are official partners with industry giants such as Microsoft, AMD, NVIDIA, ACER, Leonovo and XFX. Wigan IT is managed by Steven Leech. After studying BSc Cybernetics and Control Engineering he began his career in 1995 as a Technical Support Engineer and was responsible for the Year 2000 (millenium bug) compliance testing at British Steel's Redcar site. He later became a senior programmer for eMobile UK Ltd providing services to Nokia and in 2004 was the Chief Technical Officer for AirLan Data Ltd, responsible for a team of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers and in house web developers. Recently he was a consultant for Web Applications for Holidaybreak PLC before launching Wigan IT.

Wigan IT has a satisfied network of clients, situated in and around Wigan, Bolton, St Helens, Manchester and Liverpool, including local manufacturers, SOHO (small office / home office) businesses and home users.
