Whitney Farm, established in 2008, is a 73 acre grassland farm with a small cider apple orchard, situated just outside of Ilminster in Somerset. Nestling at the foot of the Blackdown Hills, places the farm in an idyllic spot to rear some of the tastiest free range Christmas geese and beef for customers throughout the UK.

The farm is home to a flock of geese that are reared using traditional methods, with many years of experience. The free range geese are fed on locally grown corn, which gives them a rich golden finish with a gorgeous flavour, a perfect centrepiece for that really special occasion.

Whitney Farm produces quality Somerset beef from their naturally matured, small herd of native breed beef cattle. They rear Red Devon, Hereford and Aberdeen Angus cattle as these offer the quality and texture that customers are looking for.
