Wellness From Within - Stress Management CompanyWith several years experience in the holistic healthcare profession, Wellness From Within is an evolving business, offering EFT and Reiki (Energy Psychology and Stress Management for peak performance and wellbeing) to clients throughout Aberdeenshire. Established in 2006, the practice is situated just outside of Maud (Peterhead).
The practice provides both individuals and businesses with tailormade treatment sessions of EFT and or Reiki as required. Treatment is available in the specially created relaxing and private treatment room, or alternatively, EFT can be carried out extremely effectively by telephone at a time to suit you. The fully qualified staff help clients to resolve limiting beliefs and traumas that result in ill health and under achievement, enabling clients to conquer their fears and limiting beliefs to live life to the full.
Wellness From Within is run by experienced Reiki Master and AAMET trained EFT Practitioner, Deborah Lester, whose main experience is in working with women in business, families with special needs and coaching horse and riders partnerships with compatibility or performance problems. Combined with counselling skills training completed at Aberdeen University, Deborah utilises EFT and Reiki to provide a powerful yet simple therapeutic approach to the problems of a modern day environment and lifestyle.
