| 1.05 1.0 out of 5 - This company sent me an overbed table which arrived poorly packed and damaged. I requested a replacement, which arrived well-packed - and damaged.
Then a third table arrived in ridiculous packaging-basically a ripped cardboard box held together with masking tape. For this I gave up a whole day of work waiting for an unreliable delivery!
My complaint was badly handled and I was never given a satisfactory explanation. I was also never compensated for the three seperate days I gave up work in order to wait for a delivery.
The tables were clearly of shoddy quality to damage so easily. Yet, after all this, they still tried to persuade me to have another table! Funnily enough I took my business elsewhere!
