Wealthguard - Legal Service CompanyStarted in 1987, Wealthguard is a firm of specialist lawyers with over 20 years experience in the Wills and Trusts sector. As well as providing simple family Wills, Wealthguard protects clients' personal and business wealth from Inheritance Tax and Care Fees Means Testing. The business is based in Mirfield but covers the whole of Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Lancashire and Cheshire.
Wealthguard assists a wide range of clients - from those of very modest means to major business owners and multi-millionaires (including lottery winners, professional sports persons and showbusiness personalities).
The initial client consultation is free of charge and is an exploratory meeting to assess client needs and provide initial advice. There is no additional fee levied for home visits - including evenings and weekends.
Wealthguard has a highly trained and very experienced team of staff who are Members of The Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW), The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), The Institute of Legacy Management (ILM) - and one Partner is a Barrister. Enquiries are welcomed from professional introducers - such as accountants, financial advisers, mortgage brokers, licenced conveyancers - to whom introducer fees are paid.
