Waverley Building Services Consultants - Lighting ConsultantEstablished in 2008, Waverley Building Services Consultants has almost 30 years experience in the Mechanical and Electrical Building Services business, with the focus on providing building services advice, auditing, detailed survey, design and project management to clients who own, operate or construct buildings throughout the local area. Martin O'Donnell is responsible for the design, management and cost control of M&E Services across a wide variety of projects in the public and private sector and also offers contract administration duties, survey and reporting on M&E services for condition status, asset registers and feasibility studies. Particular experience in buildings for educational establishments, ancient monuments and historic buildings, general and special needs housing.
Previously a director of Enconsult Ltd and an associate at McLean Engineering Partnership. Started the career path at K. J Tait and Associates.
