4.7 out of 5		The guy that came to fix my toilet cistern was very friendly and honest - a rarity nowadays!

He told me it was a simple job and that I could do it myself in about 5 minutes by just buying the part - I still asked him to do it and show me for next time which he was more than happy to do.

I will, and have already, recommend Waterways to my friends and family.
