We liked the way he discussed each stage of the work in advance, and listened to the customers as well as telling them how it looked from the professional side. Watertite worked well past the time they'd budgeted for and kindly didn't pass on the extra costs; they were clean, quiet, and careful, and very pleasant to work with. The price was competitive and I had absolutely no problem leaving the guys to 'get on with the job'. I returned home to find our new shower fitted, everything left tidy, and recieved a promise (which I believed) that they would come back and resolve any issues should they arise; however, none have!! Shower+WC+Basin+Unit+mirror+underfloor heating+towel rail in en-suite and Bath (inc shower)+WC+Basin+Unit+Mirror+shelves+underfloor heating+towel rail in family bathroom. Full tiling in both. Changes to pipe work to include pumped flow to both showers/bath. Recessed thermostatic valves for both rooms and pipe work buried in wall.
Watertite have done a fantastic job, very neat finishing all round. Easy to communicate with and happy to suggest ideas as well as receive them and advise accordingly.
