Watermark Coffee Technology is a long established business offering the range of Gaggia commercial coffee machines to trade customers throughout the UK and Ireland. The UK branch, which is located in London, Heathrow, was established following the appointment by Gaggia Italy as their exclusive supplier for the UK market in September 2009. Watermark has over 14 years experience in the Coffee Machine business with Gaggia.
The range of Gaggia machines is ideal for bars, restaurants, cafés and hotels which seek to service high quality coffee. The Gaggia range of commercial machines feature entry level models, such as the Gaggia LC/D which offers performance and reliability at a great price as well as the styled Gaggia Deco and Gaggia GD which exude sheer style and elegance. All of the coffee machines are supported by the Gaggia quality team for installation, servicing and after sales support for ongoing servicing and repair.
A nationwide after sales service is carried out by the Gaggia Quality Team. This team is made up by experienced coffee machine engineers who carry a wide range of spare parts facilitating a first time fix rate of over 95%.
Hours of Business
Watermark Coffee Technology are open for business from 8:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday and are closed Saturday to Sunday.
