I telephoned you at 5.10 pm on the Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend, an engineer was with me by 9.15am the next day (Saturday) and the issue was resolved by 11.15am. The engineer who came was polite, friendly, courteous and tidy and explained everything to me clearly so that I could make an informed decision. The response from Warmth and Water was no less than excellent; the plumber was polite, knowledgeable and fixed the problem within 2 hours. From someone who has used lots of plumbing firms over the years, some of whom have proved to be cowboys, I cannot recommend highly enough how pleased I am with the standard of service I received from this company and will definitely use again. 2.0 out of 5 Posted : 30 Jan 2011  Advertises 24 emergency callout - Called them on a Sunday for boiler breakdown.Was advised he ws only an emergency plumber and couldnt fit any parts if necessary, also advised that very high callout charge. In other words he really didnt want to come out. Thanks from me & my very cold 2 yr old  Useful

At my request they sourced a system boiler with 5 year warranty and fitted it with the minimum of fuss and mess. This included replacing brickwork where the old balanced flue had been. Their staff were polite, friendly and helpful.  Useful

Total charge £187.61 - the price charged speaks for itself. Have advised company that their attitude is very short sighted as I will not use them again for my rental properties.  Useful Company response : This customer was charged 52.00 for a boiler service, we returned to the property the following day as the boiler required a new expansion vessel, a labour charge of 52.00 plus parts 55.67 plus VAT and we have waited since May for the payment
