emachines laptop had died completely. No screen, no boot up, nothing. Was worried about loss of photos of our son during his adoption 8 years ago. Took it to these guys Tuesday morning, they were clear about expectations of what the problem could be but were clear about what they could try in terms of repair or data recovery. 48 hours later they phoned to explain what was wrong, it was a relatively simple fix, Thursday 10am I've got my laptop back, fully functioning, all documents intact, and even gave me the duff "2GB Ram PCB" to show what he'd changed. Ecellent service, all time and parts £45.00 - much cheaper than a new laptop before xmas. Will gladly use them again in the future if I have issues. I took my xbox 360 to Warrington Pc Dr with Red Ring of Death. Very reasonable quote to repair and time estimate given which took into account the fact that they were very busy. Console repaired within time quoted and working perfectly. I was particularly pleased with friendly attentive service and being able to drop off and collect locally. Would strongly recommend.
