Based in Taunton, Visionjuice offers bespoke individual and organisational development services to clients throughout the UK. Formed in 1997 the company has collectively over 40 years experience in the creative thinking, coaching and leadership building sector. Directors Paul Birch and Chrissie Godfrey combine backgrounds in commercial business and the arts to offer a highly individual approach to enhancing personal and business potential. They specialise in short to medium term initiatives that bring lasting positive change.
The organisation aims to supply businesses with a tailored approach to developing creative human potential and has a broad change "toolkit" on which to draw. The experienced team ensure their clients experience the very tangible benefits of both personal and organisational change. The service is designed to help businesses make the most of their people, their ideas and their vision every time. Its work might include:

5.0 out of 5 | Firebird Theatre is a Company of 15 disabled actors and 2 workers. Visionjuice worked with Firebird Theatre on a very important evaluation of our work. This involved us in identifying what we wanted to learn from a touring production and covered every aspect of the tour from travel to audience feedback, from marketing to working with mainstream theatres. The evaluation focused on our project as a piece of action research, the results of which have formed the basis of our development as a professional theatre company.
Visionjuice enabled every member to be involved in and contribute to the evaluation process. This meant the work had to be carried out in a highly respectful and accessible way to enable all of us to be included. We know that the support we received from Visionjuice, the completed evaluation document and the whole process of working together was above and beyond any of our expectations; it was exceptional!
