| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Having been disillusioned with the service provided by BT I resorted to the YP in search of someone who could help. What a find Vision was. I spoke to David who came the next day (on I'm sure what was to him a routine problem) Five hours later my old, corroded wiring had been replaced. I had new junction boxes and connections all at an unbelievably reasonable price. Nothing seemed to be beyond his expertise and I will have no hesitation in recommending David to all my friend.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I had an ongoing problem with my internet continually disconnecting. I contacted David at Vision and he came round the following day. He tested the telephone system and explained in detail what the problem was and the work that was required to rectify it. He carried out the work and, at my request, moved my master telephone socket into another room. My internet is now fine, no more disconnections! I would have no hesitation in recommending to other people.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - My internet connection went down at 5pm so I called David from Vision after giving up messing with it. I explained the problems over the phone and he advised me what could be wrong and how he could test it.
He offered to come out next day but I needed the 'net for work, so he arrived at 6:30pm! No one else could do that!
After finding the problem and replacing the old butchered line with a fresh new one, I got the internet back and had a download speed increase of 6MB! Will recommend to anyone!

The result was neat and tidy, and he even took the time to fill in the holes where he had removed cables for us. Excellent work at a competitive price.

I'm an "older" user of the internet and David the engineer even had time to sort out some minor technical hitches for me. He was very professional, polite, tidy and knowledgeable. You don't get that kind of service very often nowadays. Have no hesitation in recommending Vision. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
