Me and my wife, we contacted Genevieve from VISAWISE to ask her some advices about EEA permit. I had a unmarried spousal visa organised with Visawise. We found Genevieve to be very knowledgable, polite, friendly and genuniely interested and invested in our case. We took the option of a personal interview for a small fee to ascertain if we wanted Visawise as our agency, and for them to decide if our case was feasible. The fee was later deducted from the full fee for preparing our case, which was not only very reasonable, but I feel she had our best interests, not her financial interests, when recommending what service package we should take. We were successful in our visa application, and I would highly recommend using Visawise, as most applications to the UKBA are highly technical and fraught with pedantic complications, and Genevieve's help not only secured the visa, but meant the time was less stressful.
