5.0 out of 5 | I have just had Versatile plumbing complete a three day job involving a new (and first instal) shower with full electrics running through the house to supply the equipment.
In the three days that Versatile Plumbing (Tony & Gary) were at my home, they were quite simply the most consciencious, professional, tidiest, most capable and best value for money tradesmen I have 'EVER' hired.
Not only did Versatile Plumbing complete the Shower Installation work I requested, but they went more than an extra mile for me by tidying up existing work and sourcing and project managing a highly competent electrician to comply with the regulations around fitting the electrics through the house and into the shower!
The end product is a fabulous new shower, completely new tile job and a seamless and un-noticable electrics job also....all finished to a brilliantly high standard and I am sure they left the house tidier than they found it!!
I have had bad experiences with tradesmen in the past. The guys from Versatile Plumbing have proved to me that it is possible to find highly skilled professionals who care enough about their customers and their own reputation to do a finished job beyond the customers expectations.
Often for me, the company I look to hire for such work is sold not only on it's capability, but also on how the tradesmen look, sound and treat the customer.
I have to say that these gentlemen were courtious, polite, considerate and sold themselves and their brand extremely well.
I have promised to spread the word about this company amongst friends and family and intend only to use Versatile Plumbning in future.
