Vernette's Yoga Fitness and Counselling - Yoga ClubSanctuary is a website (recently awarded a Health and Yoga 'Privileged Yoga Resource') that is run by Vernette Butler who is a Life and Fitness Coach that provides one-to-one Yoga Tuition, Yoga Therapy (Which is a tailored set of exercises to restore well being and fitness to help with injuries, including massage, manipulation, postures, deep breathing exercises and nutrition), Personal Fitness Training and Counselling. Counselling can be over the phone, online or face to face.
Vernette has a small group of clients that are situated in and around Addlestone and Weybridge, including people of all ages and backgrounds and abilities. Classes are on Tuesdays at 6pm in Walton.
Vernette is a Member of the British School Of Yoga (MBSY). 'CCC' Counselling Ltd, Sherwood Foundation Therapy Register (SFTR), the Open College (MOC) the International Society for Mental Health Online (MISMHO), British Yoga Teachers Association, The british Wheel of Yoga and is a preferred Yoga Teacher with the Health and Yoga website
Qualifications: Abnormal Psychology, Modern Psychology, Dip. Yoga Therapy (x2), Dip. Yoga Teaching, Dip. Counselling, Dip. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (x2), Dip. Cognitve Behavioural Therapy, CYQ level 2 fitness instructor and Presentation Skills for Therapist.

As I was a beginner, she encouraged me to continue with yoga exercises with my other sporting pursuits.
