ordered 10 jumpers on 23rd sept 10 not arrived on 28th oct does not answer emails money taken from account immeadiately no phone number on website. as from today website not accessible.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I have just paid for good but received nothing although the money has been deducted from my account.
This is a SCAM website. I am angry as I saw that Worldpay (RBS) deducted the money on behalf of Vanguard. I was ripped off years ago before and the company used Worldpay but when I rang and asked Worldpay why they supported frauds I heard nothing.
Worldpay is a part of the Royal Bank of Scotland.

This is a SCAM website sent 5 Emails still no reply even got in contact with the main distributer of Dewalt Footwear how is looking into this company. I am so angry with myself for no checking up on this firm before i purchased with my hard earned cash.THERE A SHOWER OF ********

I placed an order with Vanguard Workwear on the 20th april 2010 this is now 4th August and I am still waiting please do not use this company they are a joke

I recently purchased some safety footwear from foothut which is a part of vanguard workwear, after 4 weeks of waiting i still havent had any correspondence about where my order is, i sent several e-mails and telephone calls but never had one reply. When i finaly got through on the phone i asked for a refund as i had lost all confidence in the company. 2 weeks later i am still fighting for my money back. I urge anybody to think twice before placing an order with this poorly run company.
