Kerwin put me at ease straight away and we talked through what I was expecting to happen and what I was going to say and do. We talked about all my positive attributes! I came away that afternoon feeling very confident and much more relaxed about attending my interview. On the day of the interview I used the relaxation techniques that Kerwin had taught me and felt very positive about myself. Everything went well and I got the job!
