Back in June 2011 I had my motorcycle and car towbar picked up from Winchester en route to Scotland. Then Kevin broke his leg. I had to organise another Courier to take over pending a full refund. They did not communicate with the new courier and made life difficult. They forgot to pass on the towbar. Nearly a year later and well over 100 telephone calls, emails and texts I still do not have a full refund or my towbar. I have only made 4 successful calls in that time. They are always busy and never ring back. Beware of firms that request payment up front. You lose your money, they lose nothing.

I have used this company many times over the last few years, they are a fun and friendly family business - above all their prices are much lower than any other local courier quoted us and I have had no problems with the deliveries.

Put an order in for an international delivery that was picked up on a Thursday and due to be delivered on the following Monday. It's now the end of Wednesday and I'm still waiting. Was not told of the expected delay and was only informed when I chased on the Monday that they'd missed the delivery on the previous Friday. Avoid.

This company are a bunch of cowboys and will sooner or later go out of business, I would be suprised if their returning customers was above 20%.

They will charge what seems a reasonable price for a courier (hence me using them). HOWEVER, what they do not tell you, is there is a re-delivery charge, which DOUBLES the price. So what I sent costinga reasonable £40, quickly turned to £80 - just for something I could've delivered for half the amount.

The letters stank of fags which is very unprofessional aswell, just a small thing, but small companies don't have the professionalism of larger, better companies.

Use parcelforce, DHL etc, these little companies use their services anyways and make a markup.

Company response : Well I must as if you are going to send out an item then your customer or you should be there to take delivery of the item then you would not get charge again. This is a charge that we get charged or redelivery so we are just passing it on to your self.

As for using DHL or Parcel Force 1st you need to open up an account then pay more than you paid us O yes then you have the size restrictions.

Why should we have to pay the extra delivery charge because you can not be bothered to arrange for someone to take delivery.

We have been in business for 8 years and all our customers come back but I'm happy that your not coming back as you are just a waste of space.

Have a happy life.
