1.3 out of 5		We bought a 3 seater and a 2 seater settee from Walmsleys in Walsall in August 2007 because we were moving into our new home, the original reason we chose this company is because it had the settees that we both agreed on. For a little over 3 months now the 3 seater settee has not felt right (way too soft) so after making a complaint a guy came round to inspect it. In his report he states it has not been properly maintained and that the springs are still ok and the same tension as in the 2 seater settee. I disagree with his results on the basis that the springs do NOT have the same tension and the cushions do not feel the same. I expect settee cushions to go a little softer with wear but not in 9 months. Anyway trading standards have been informed. My advice for potential customers is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, find a decent small manufacturer and use them, or use someone like SCS or DFS
