UCS are a very reliable and professional company who seem focussed on doing a good job. Pre-installation, there was always someone to speak to: promises to call back were always kept and on time. There was no high-pressure sales technique, and no promises of unlikely performance figures (both of which we had experienced elsewhere). Installation was - for us - a painless event and expertly done by personable electricians who clearly knew their stuff. We needed two subsequent visits (to install a monitor, receive the paperwork and to sign off the installation) and were always contacted in advance of the visit to arrange times. These too were punctual.
Despite the recent August being the third dullest in a century, the installation seems well on track to produce the kWh predicted.

UCS installed a 2.64 kWp system for us at Birtley, Co Durham.

The full service was outstanding, from start to finish they kept us informed and dealt with all our queries very promptly. The system has now been generating renewable electricity for over a month and we very pleased with it.

We will be looking to add to the system and will be using UCS again, therefore we would highly recommend UCS to anyone.

The salesman wasn't pushy, he explained how everything worked and left me to consider how I would like to proceed. The workmen turned up on time and the installation looks very neat.

I recently had the installation of a PV system to the rear roof of my home.

The consultation was on an information only level and my queries were answered at that meeting.
The resultant report detailed the works and estimated calculations and returns. I checked the information on-line and noted that it was consistent.

I contacted UCS with additional queries and was only too happy to have the works commence shortly after.

It was a pleasure to not feel pressured and be involved throughout the process.

Since the install I have used UCS for other works and the level of professionalism is consistent regardless of the value.
