Tyler Academy - Complementary Therapy

Established in 2001, the Tyler Academy has many years of experience in the Complementary Therapy profession, with the focus on providing relief from back pain and other musculo-skeletal disorders through the Sarling Technique of Body Mechanics Therapy to clients throughout the local area. In addition to providing treatment to patients, the Academy also provides courses and work shops for training in this complimentary therapy. Tyler Academy has an expanding customer base, located in and around Bedfordshire, including patients from all walks of life, from sports persons who benefit from injury prevention treatment, to chronic back pain sufferers. The clinic delivers comprehensive treatment to patients, which are tailored to the individual to provide effective results which are complimented by a simple self help programme that can be easily followed by all. With a private treatment centre including ultra sound facilities, the business also has fully qualified staff, with a wealth of experience and advice to offer, enabling patients to benefit from a combination of modern treatment techniques and proven self help advice that increase their healing potential.

The company is managed by Laura Tyler who has been involved in the Complementary Therapy business for many years. She is more than able to manage the company, having previously trained under, and worked along-side Olive (Sarling) Collins; the founder of The Sarling Technique of Body Mechanics Therapy.

The Tyler Academy holds Baby Massage classes in Luton and Harpenden, teaching parents and carers to massage their baby through both one to one lessons and group classes in Baby Massage. Baby Massage brings many benefits from relaxation and improved sleep to enhanced bonding.
