My son joined a Kickboxing class Tring Martial Arts a few months and is loving it. It has given him so much confidence, it is helping him control his temper and emotions and he's becoming fitter. All the staff are great. They encourage him as he improves and instil an ethos of respect and tolerance to others. I was so impressed that I have now also joined and now do 2 fitness classes a week. We have so much fun in an arena of respect and hard work that it really does not feel like “exercise” at all. I would readily recommend Tring Martial Arts Academy to anybody.

I started cage fitness back in sept 2011 and have enjoyed every minute. It is the first time in years I have enjoyed exercise and working out. Chris is a great leader and has taught me a lot about fitness toning your body and correct technique. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get fit and have fun it is hard and worth every minute and every dollar!! Thanks to Chris and Paula as I would like to mention the kickboxing kids as my 6 year old is now a white belt and living as well.

A really enjoyable club. A good mix of the sexes, both Adults and Kids. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I was fit before I started but Kickboxing and Cagefitness has improved me no end. That said don't worry if your not that fit - everyone is encouraged to work at their own best level. I have just upgraded my membership so I can come more often

I have been really impressed by this club: it's a great antidote to repetitive gym classes. I am a complete novice to Marital Arts but Chris and his team are excellent teachers: they find a way to teach multiple skills while keeping the atmosphere welcoming and fun. The workouts are challenging but you can choose how far to push yourself. Overall a stimulating and happy place to get fit.

I have just started training at TMA in both Kickboxing and Krav Maga. At first i was a bit daunted about going as i didn't know anyone but as soon as i walked through the door's i was welcomed by a member and introduced to Chris who then introduced me to everyone else, Happy days. The training is extremely good and every class is different so you don't just repeat the same drills each lesson. Would recommend Tring Martial Arts to anyone.

I have studied Tai Chi with Chris for almost 4 years. I began in order to improve my balance after a fall, it worked.I continue because I enjoy the mental and physical stimulous it gives to my life. Thanks, Chris.

If you want to get fit, learn martial arts and socialise then Tring Martial Arts is a club for you. I started training at the club to help get over a knee injury and enjoyed it so much I decided to carry on. In my time training with Tring Martial arts I have seen more lessons formed, workshops set up and competitions offered to all which shows how much the club is divoted to improving their service and I look forward to what it will offer in the future.

Chris is a great instructor. He is patient, clear and concise with his methods and has a broad knowledge base from which he is always more than happy to pass on.

Sadly other commitments stop me from going to class as often as I would like. If you are able however, you could attend almost any evening of the week.
