Tranquil Journey has an expanding network of clients, located in and around Norwich, including individuals, doctor's surgeries and other therapists. The company is managed by Joanne Frost who has been involved in the Reiki industry for many years. Joanne Frost is well trained to manage the company, having previously worked for Norfolk Social service's Sensory Support Team working with vulnerable individuals with a range of needs. Joanne has also personal experience working with sudden disability when her daughter was diagnosed with Perthes disease in 2006. This meant that her daughter needed to use a wheel chair for two years.
