Trak Employment Solutions Ltd is a growing business, offering low cost recruitment solutions tailored to meet clients specific needs throughout the local area. The company, which is based in Swindon, originally started out in January 2007 and has many collective years experience in the recruitment profession. With all members of staff trained to or working towards REC standards, they are able to offer the same excellent service time after time.

The business delivers comprehensive recruitment solutions to companies, which can be tailored to suit the ever changing needs of clients at all times. With a wealth of industry knowledge, the business also has fully qualified staff allowing clients to save time and money and more importantly increase productivity.

The company is owned by Carl McCulloch and James Richards who have been working within the Recruitment industry for many years. Having previously worked for both independent and national recruitment companies, they are more than able to oversee and develop the business and staff within. They are keen to offer their experience to clients in a way that has not been offered before by taking the time to visit the client, understand their needs and offer solutions that are client specific. Both Directors ahve been trained to REC standards as have all the branch staff.

TRAK Employment Solutions Ltd is soon to become a member of the REC and has recently applied to the GLA for their Gangmasters Licence to be able to use relevant experience to assist clients within the food processing and packaging sectors. TRAK Employment Solutions Ltd has an expanding customer base, located in and around Swindon but also ventures as far north as Aberdeenshire, including private companies, blue chip and multinationals. They were recently awarded a Sole Supply status agreement with a company that has multiple UK and European sites.
