1.0 out of 5 | Order placed on 6th march 2008, received an e-mail on 7th March, stating the order is being processed. Sent a mail asking for an update on 17th March, no reply. E-mailed again on 20th to cancel order, no reply, mailed again on 7th April, no reply. Phoned on 29th April (premium rate), was promised a refund would be made when a member of staff turned up at 2pm. Today 6th May, still no refund, phoned again and the guy hung up the phone. Will now take legal action to recover the money. Be warned these people are not to be trusted.
