Vincent graduated with a first in Business and immediately set out to create a new and exciting healthy eating concept. Vincent was recently highlighted as the one to watch in the Courvoisier Observer Future 500 shortlist. Vincent was chosen by the acclaimed chef Ian Pengelley, which shows the level of quality food produced.
