5.0 out of 5 | I work for myself and I was horrified when my hard drive with all my data on it stopped working. Tierra very swiftly analysed the problems, retrieved the data and provided me with a brand new hard drive that I simply installed in my laptop. I was up and running again within 24 hours. Despite the catastrophic failure of my equipment, I was able to continue my business activities with barely any interruption because of Tierra's expertise and service. At all times during the process, Tierra's team kept me in touch with what was happening, and reassured me every step of the way. |
5.0 out of 5 | The team at Tierra are fantastic - goodness only knows how they do it - but they do! When our hard drive failed they quoted efficiently, arranged the pickup in record time, found all the data (apparently with ease) and returned the pc all within about half of the timescale everyone else had quoted.
