I contacted Thorpe Taxis when my regular firm were unable to supply a driver quickly. After calling Thorpe Taxis I was greeted by a friendly voice who apologised because they could only estimate that a taxi would arrive in 15 Minutes. After 10 mins the taxi arrived and called my mobile to inform me of her arrival. On the way we had a friendly chat and I felt very safe. Upon arrival I asked if the driver could wait and take me back to which she replied "No Problem". I was actually sad when the journey came to an end as we had a lovely chat about her pets. She then offered me a card which entitles me to 10% off future taxi rides. I shall most definately use them again.
