Lucy made me feel very comfortable and relaxed from the very first visit which is important when carrying out treatments. She always uses good quality products and does a very good job. I am always happy with the results.
The rating says it all.....I had eye lash extensions which lasted 4 weeks and the are extremely reasonably priced. When you enter the beauty room the atmosphere is great and Lucy is so down to earth she really makes you feel welcome. A brilliant experience.
I have had treatments done by Lucy several times, I live in London and travel to Birmingham regularly, Lucy always does exactly what you want, she is very friendly and brilliant at what she does. I have had spray tans (they always look so natural), waxing, make up for weddings, nails shaped and polished. Lucy's prices are very reasonable compared to other places I have used in Birmingham. Because I travel up to Birmingham I sometime arrive late, Lucy will always allow for that. Lucy truly understands how real women feel and always goes out of her way to make sure you are completely happy with the treatment you receive.
Over the last couple of years I have had several of Lucy's treatments. I get my legs waxed every month, which is not painful at all as Lucy is so well trained and experienced. I have had several facials which leave my skin smooth and glowing. She did my makeup for a party which looked so professional. I use the skincare line that she is a consultant for and she advised which products are suitable for my skin and continues to advise any changes to products as and when necessary. I have had a manicure which I was was extremely happy with and I am booked in for a make up lesson with her this week.
I would highly recommend Lucy. She is excellent at what she does and offers superb value for money.
They booked me in for a massage on a day that they don't open. I bought a voucher online in advance for the massage, I arrived at the salon to find them closed.I left a message for them to call me back but they haven't had the courtesy to do this...they've had my money so why should they bother!
Company response : We are open & days on the beauty side however if it is a day when the hair dept isn't in then the door would be locked as appointments only. Your money was paid to Groupon and they have your money so I think you may have jumped to your own little conclusions which are the wrong ones and unless you leave a message on the answer machine and we are able to hear due to mobile breaking up and not getting all the numbers or you speak to fast we are unable to call you back however you could have called the mobile number or emailed

Being male and attending a salon for the first time is very daunting but after going to see Lucy for, somewhat, intimate waxing I had nothing to worry about. The salon is very welcoming and I felt at ease as soon as I walked in there. Lucy is excellent at what she does and extremely conscious of the customer, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
I have had the false eyelashes, minx nails and the spray tan for a family wedding where I was asked all day where I had them done as it all looked so natural and well. Thank you
My daughter got married in May 2010 and we met Lucy for a practise session before the day, I was rather concerned about all of this having worn virtually no make-up for years and it being for such a special occasion. I needn't have worried, we had great fun and had such a laugh, Lucy was great and so professional. On the big day she arrived bright and bubbly at a very early hour, her presence helped out no end, relaxing us all whilst at the same time doing a cracking job of our make up, the bride looked fantastic all day long and as for me, I felt very comfortable in what was a quite a lot of make up for me, mine lasted very well too. All in all, Lucy was great, I would recommed her to anyone planning a wedding.
