The company is managed by Adam Milford who has been involved in the Drama industry for many years. Adam milford is a professional actor who is well trained to manage the company, having previously worked for a number of professional theatre companies.

The organisation creates bespoke theatre programmes that are tailored to a clients requirements and are an extremely versatile product. The workshops feature techniques used in professional drama training and rehearsals, making them ideal for clients wanting to expand their appreciation and understanding of theatre and performance, while also developing confidence, communication and team-building skills, and they are available on request at very competitive rates.

With a staff body of trained actors, performers and freelance professionals, Theatre Workout Ltd has an excellent team of workshop leaders and theatre makers. Each employee is CRB cleared and is experienced in working with students of all ages. Theatre Workout Ltd is a member of the Independent Theatre Council. Most workshop leaders are also members of Equity, the Actors Union.
