The Workplace Massage Company is an evolving business, offering on-site and event massage to businesses throughout Cardiff, Newport and Bristol. Providing practical solutions to stress management through massage at work. Established in 2007, the business is located in Newport.

The Health and Safety Executive states a total of 13. 8million working days were lost due to stress, depression and anxiety in 2006 / 7. The Workplace Massage Company aims to help employers deal with the health and wellbeing of their staff at work, via 15-30 minute stress busting chair or Indian head massages delivered in the workplace.

Massage is proven to help lower blood pressure, reduce stress hormones and calm the nervous system which helps reduce anxiety. It also reduces tension in tight, tense muscles providing immediate relief, this can help reduce backache, headaches and symptoms of RSI. Regular use of massage can help reduce some stress related symptoms, and can provide a healthier, happier more relaxed workforce and help reduce the costs for absenteeism.
