5.0 out of 5 | My company, Arbrook Management Limited, is a Management and Executive Search consultancy operating in the Medical Device and Diagnostics Sector. I recruit senior executives right across Europe for major multinational companies. Every assignment requires the preparation of a detailed Proposal, an Assignment Specification (around 10 pages) and individual Candidate reports (about six pages) and I use Susan Campbell and The Virtual Work Shop continuously.
I dictate all my reports etc. into a digital dictation machine and this enables me to e-mail the dictation files as e-mail attachments - very easy! My dictation files are then downloaded by The Virtual Work Shop and transcribed into MS Word documents. My dictation is very amateur and I often repeat myself or use poor english. Also, being in the healthcare industry, I have to use many difficult medical and scientific terms. Susan and The Virtual Work Shop seem to take this in their stride! They don't just type mindlessly, they actually read and understand the words, allowing them to intelligently correct as they go. Anyway, the finished documents, which they produce on my "electronic letterheads etc", come back, via e-mail, virtually mistake free and ready. Of course, I check the documents and, on the rare occasion that a change is needed, I contact Susan, who corrects the document.
It is very important for me to have the type of intelligent support offered by The Virtual Work Shop. They make suggestions and give me general administrative assistance and we now have a relationship which is just like having a good PA in your office with you.
These days, its unusual to receive services which you can really trust - but I really trust Susan Campbell and her Virtual Work Shop and couldn't run my business without them.
