Based in Burnley, The UTEC College gives professional Reiki treatments and training to all levels of Reiki to students throughout the local area.

Reiki is a non-invasive relaxing healing energy that assists in the speeding up of your own bodies abilities to heal itself.

Reiki helps to remove the build up of toxins in the body creating a harmonious relationship between mind, body and spirit, thus helping the healing process.

Clients reports feeling being in a state of bliss, totally relaxed and at peace, a warmth tingling and spreading through the body. Visions of beautiful colours, feelings of serenity, a lightness throughout the body and mind. Feel as though they are floating, hovering above the treatment couch wrapped in a cocoon of warmth, safe and comforted. Many report of falling into a Reiki sleep which when awakened from feeling refreshed, calm, and alive. Reiki can be compared to a state of meditation release from all the stresses and strains of life.

The principal of The UTEC College is a qualified Reiki Master / Teacher - Practitioner, she is also a Karuna Practitioner, Golden Ray Reiki Master / Teacher, Magnified Healing Practitioner, Indian Healing Circle Coach, a student of the Course in Miracles, and has travelled to America to study Radical Forgiveness with Colin Tpping. The college offers comprehensive treatments to businesses, which is intended to be of great benefit to those wishing to improve their health. With a private treatment centre, the business has many years of experience in this field enabling clients to receive the very best in client / patient care.

The UTEC College has an expanding client base, located in and around Burnley, including professionals and their families. The college is managed by Heather Whitfield who has been involved in the
Complementary Therapy market for many years. Heather Whitfield is
more than able to run the college. Having previously trained to all levels of
Reiki - Usui and Golden Ray Reiki through to Advanced Reiki. Studied
literature by the spiritual and holistic men and women throughout the
ages, and incorporated what resonated in her into the college's Reiki
practise and teachings.
