| 4.75 4.7 out of 5 - Many thanks for your advice and experience – BT has now changed the house to pole cable. He also commented that the pole cable to terminal at the top needed changing, and has said he will book the fault.
He too was surprised the fibre conversion didn’t change the old copper, and is fed up with mopping up after the contractors...!!

We are retired and were stressed as not getting too much help from BT. He made us feel at ease straight away, and we knew he knew what he was talking about. Very tidy, hardly any mess and very well priced. Would recommend him to anyone. Totally trustworthy, knowledgable and helpful.

He came round the same day and reconfigured our mess very quickly and everything is so neat and tidy now. He is a very professional and personable man - who truly knows his job insided out - and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thanks so much Kyle - and as an extra plus we really enjoyed your company.

He fixed our phone quickly and efficiently and his explanation of what had caused our problem was impressive and interesting to hear, he certainly knows what he is doing!
