The product focus is on editable HR materials, such as Employee Handbooks, HR Policy, HR tools etc. Most products are delivered on CD rom using Microsoft Word.

As Human Resources Director for each of these companies Philip has contributed significantly to the development of Human Resources Policy and Practice.
