The company, which can be found in Cwmbran also scheduled work out of Carmarthen / llandysul was established in 2011 and has 15 years of experience in the telecomms trade. Simeon rerouted the telephone line externally and linked it into the system in an old traditional farm house with sensitivity to the nature of the house.
Simeon is a rare find - a highly knowledgeable telecoms engineer with outstanding customer service skills. THAT IS RARE to have that combination. Also great value.
I found him on a web search - and he didn't drop the ball - even travelling some distance to see me. I highly recommend him and his services - I see a lot of professionals and don't give out this praise easily. Simeon deserves it. Happy to talk to anyone who wants more details.

A 10year problem solved we have a phone and broadband at the other end of the building very thick walls prevented this but the phone doctor work was quick efficient and helpful. I do have to work out how to achieve tv on demand now. But very pleased no mess a pleasant experience.
A fairly significant "tidy up" of the phone system including new junction boxes, removing obsolete stuff and some re-wiring. Turned up promptly, got the work done well. Pushed for time towards the end, but still stayed and finished the job. Also a very friendly service. I've ticked "satsfactory" rather than better than expected for the quality. "Satisfactory" is right, but 3 stars seems mean. Everything was definitely done to my satisfaction. If he'd had more time I expect that I'd have been at "better than expected". Anothing thing to note is that I was helped (for no cost) to work out how to improve Wifi signal in the house. I was also left with a wifi range extender to try out for a few days. When it proved to be unnecessary, it was collected again at no cost to me. Extenders cost £70, so to be able to borrow one to have a go without having to buy one was a real bonus.
Simeon has spent a lot of time trying to identify an intermittent fault on our phone line, performed various tests and installed a new socket and wiring, showing a dedicated, patient approach throughout. So far the problem has been solved! We can very very much recommend him.
