Founded in 1986, The Peoples Choice has built its name on reputation and repeat custom, providing a professional and reliable Disco Show with a stunning Light Display (including Lasers) and personality DJ. Wedding specialist, Themed Nights (70's / 80's). Children's Discos complete with best Dance Awards, prizes, and competitions suitable for ages 8-14. The Peoples Choice are proud to present an amazing New Kids Show for 2008, based around the Theme of High School Musical.
The show includes a high quality sound and light show with a personality DJ, ideal for Wedding receptions, Birthday Parties, Children's Discos (aged 7-13) and Theme Nights (70's and 80's nights a speciality) ensuring that your night of entertainment will be a most enjoyable one. Tailored to requirements. The Light shows are individually designed for each venue. The Sound system is of the latest technology allowing for 'studio quality' sound. The company also, as standard will 'meet in person', prior to booking, with all clients who are planning a wedding reception as for such an important day,.
The Peoples Choice is not an agency, but a dedicated team of 5 DJ's who all pride themselves on their high standards of presentation. Founded by Mark Colwill in 1986, the show has built itself entirely on reputation and word of mouth business. They are not DJ's who sit in a corner with a Laptop and a couple of old lights, but DJ's who know how to entertain, DJ's who play for the crowd, DJ's who understand what music is to be played when and where. DJ's that Love what they do.... Backed up by a sound system that is all about the quality rather than how loud one can play it and complimented by a stunning light show that is flexible enough to be individually designed for every single event. The Peoples Choice has an expanding customer base, located in and around London, including a number of Local Schools, Nightclubs, Hotels and Sports Clubs.

You kept everyone totally engaged for the whole 2 hours and Troy the dance master was excellent with the children. Mark also has a HUGE list of music in a very organised format, making it very easy for us to highlight artists and music type we wanted. On a personal note Mark is a very friendly and warm individual making it very easy and stress free dealing with event management. I would highly recommend working with him. 2.0 out of 5 | On the whole the day was okay but nothing more. At times the children got bored but the DJ got them dancing and playing games. His sidekick, Kylie/Carly? lacked enthusiasm and reminded me of "Perry" from The Harry Enfield Show due to her chewing gum and sullen look. The event lacked the wow factor that I expected. 5.0 out of 5 | The party turned out better than we thought as we only had 10 children go. Mark and Troy were fantastic and kept the kids well entertained which took the pressure off the adults. Even the adults enjoyed themselves. My daughter thought it was the best party ever and we are contemplating having the disco again next year. Maybe for other events I will recommend them to any-one. Thanks very much to Nick and Debbie(I think that was her name). The kids had a wonderful time and one even said to my daughter it was the best party of the year which really made her happy. they worked hard to involve all the kids which was no mean feat when nearly half were boys and quite obviously were not going to dance! In spite of this I was very impressed that every single child was up and dancing to the finale of YMCA and the main thing was that Molly had a great time. Nick and Debbie did a great job in making sure Molly felt like the birthday girl the whole time and they made me feel comfortable in being able to ask about when to do birthday cake etc. The only small thing - you had offered to provide microphones so the kids could sing along but these didn't materialise. I didn't remind you and it completely escaped me on the day. Molly didn't seem to notice either so it was fine in the end.
Thank you also for all your support before hand. Your efficiency and speed in answering my numerous questions while I bumbled around with changes of date etc was very helpful.
