The People Development Practice Ltd dates from 2006.

It pools the combined organisational and business experience of nine coaches. They have many years experience in Performance Management and Management Skills Development.

The focus is on providing an innovative approach to performance management, executive coaching, coaching skills workshops, leadership development, organisational development and business coaching to clients throughout the UK.

Coaches provides organisation (public, private, large or small) and individuals with a choice of approaches. These are individually negotiated to create specific benefits based on organisational or operational needs.

There is a wide base of experience to draw on. Coaches have owned or managed small businesses, created or run significant operations within large companies.

Qualified coaches, trainers and workshop leaders ensure clients achieve or surpass their agreed outcomes.

Services are designed to stimulate and challenge: "Build confidence, develop competence, improve performance".

Coaches - through individual contract management - develop planned interventions with clients.

These are tailored to meet specific organisational outcomes. Key focus: improve the performance of key individuals, teams or departments. To achieve this, contract management features an exceptional level of support at the design stage. The aim is to plan for the most efficient impact.
