We needed our iMac LCD screen replacing, as it had been damaged. We are a business and it was important to be able to use our computer as soon as possible. We just could not find an affordable replacement in our area, which is Northamptonshire. We called many companies up and down the country, including Apple themselves for advice and prices. No one could seem to either locate a part suitable for our machine or give us an honest price. Until we were given The PC Expert's details. We contacted Syed to ask if he could get a suitable LCD screen for our mac, and within a few days, he had managed to get the part into his shop and quoted us with a very reasonable price for the part including fitting. We traveled all the way to his shop in Leicester from Northamptonshire to be greeted warmly and our computer fixed straight away! He fitted the LCD screen and our mac works as good as ever. Great job and great fast trustworthy service. We were so please to have found such an honest and professional pc expert. Well worth the travel from Northamptonshire!

A Job Well Done‎‎...............

I had all sorts of problems with my PC after checking a few PC REPAIR shops I decided to take it to THE PC EXPERT. I was very impressed the problems were all dealt with and he knew exactly what he was doing rather than trial and error I would definitely recommend THE PC EXPERT to anyone. My daughter’s laptop was also checked as to make it quicker THE PC EXPERT got this sorted as well explained really well very informative and helpful‎........

If Carling made PC Experts then this one would certainly be one of them!!! I would thoroughly recommend PC Expert - I will never look elsewhere again. You get a professional service at a very competative price, without compromising quality. I have dealt with PC Expert on numerous occasions (from general PC/laptop repairs to web site design) and have always been more than satisfied with the honest, fast, reliable and professional service. Having had trouble with my laptop I was pleased to stumble across the pc expert via google search. My wife and I are very satisfied with the cusomer service and were pleased with the time dedicated to ourselves to show us what the problem(s) were with our laptop despite us being complete amateurs when it comes o computing. We would greatly recommend PC Expert to anybody if they are having problems or have queries with their laptops even if they live the other said of the city or in another county. So give them a ring, you wont be disappointed!!‎

Superb services with great and honest advice. I was recommended by someone. I took my faulty Mac Book Pro which was giving me a lot of problems/headache. Got a few quotes for diagnostics which was too much for me. Pc Expert diagnosed the problem in record time at a reasonable price. After the diagnostics on my approval the problem was rectified in few hours. The diagnostics charges were also waived after the repair. They charged me only for the repair. I got my Mac the same day up and running. Believe me or not my board was faulty according to so called other Mac Expert. But now my Mac is up and running like a Ferrari. Pc Expert thank you so much for saving me a lot of spending. And again many thanks for your honesty, help, and great advice. Simply the best I would always recommend PC EXPERT to every one. PC Expert is your man……

I had a problem with my Acer Laptop and after reading all the testimonials on the PC EXPERT web site I decided to give take it there. I entered the shop and was warmly greeted by the PC EXPERT himself. I explained the problem to THE PC EXPERT and it was diagnosed as a broken screen. I was given a price for a replacement screen which I agreed to and was told my laptop would most likely be ready the next day. I received a phone call from THE PC EXPERT the next day to say my Laptop was fixed and ready to pick up. I arrived at the shop and THE PC EXPERT told me the repair was going to be cheaper than first quoted which I found to be very honest. I must say if anybody has got a Desktop PC problem or Laptop problem don't hesitate take it to the PC EXPERT you won't be disappointed. Once again THE PC EXPERT Thank you for a job well done.
