The Mac Man Ltd is a small business that provides Apple Mac training, repairs and technical support to clients throughout Sussex and Kent. The company, which is based in Brighton, was established in 2001 and has a broad experience in the IT sector. We now have two stores serving the Mac community. One based in Brighton and our newest store in Tunbridge Wells. With personal and friendly staff, the company provides a professional service offering Apple Mac repairs, support, sales and training to all types of Mac user. The Mac Man offers business support contracts along with home visits and can help you with web and cloud services and have expertise in many other areas. If your problem is Mac based then The Mac Man can help. The Mac Man can provide you with new Apple Mac equipment and also provides refurbished Macs at sensible prices. The Mac Man offers consultancy and network setups and specialises in large area wireless network installations. With small but professional team of 6 experienced employees, The Mac Man Ltd has an expanding workforce, trained to be Apple certified.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Mac Man was recommended to me by a friend in London. I had to have a new hard drive fitted and data retrieved from my old one. The price of the new HD and fitting was very reasonable and was carried out quickly. I was offered 'no data, no fee', which is very fair, but in addition to this, if I wasn't happy with the data they did get back, there would be no fee. I am happy to say I got all back and Sam even found, arranged and set in folders, specific data I was eager to access. The guys at Mac Man really know their stuff. They are patient and respond immediately, be it by phone or email. It all felt like a very personal service indeed. I'm very glad I found them ! Thank you Jon and Sam. All the best, Ali Campbell.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Super service. Drop my MacBook Pro to them at 10.00 by 16.00 two SSD's had been fitted and RAID'd together. Never seen my Mac boot so quick. 2 seconds from power on amazing! Well done chaps. Top service.

He and his colleagues were also very patient in tracking down and destroying a bizarre Apple Mail based gremlin that was eating up my megabytes. Nice people to do business with and I shall return.

The staff are friendly, know what they are talking about and do not try to sell you a new machine - their business is service and training only.
