 4.3 out of 5 | "Help, I've lost all my e-mails!" were the first words heard from me by Mac Man. His response was calm, realistic, but reassuring that every effort would be made to recover the data, giving costing options. And every effort he did make, not only recovering the data, but finding away to make viewing and editing it (junk & intentional deletions recovered as well!) as easy as possible. Qualities I particularly like: Asks pertinent questions, listens, responds accordingly, continues to listen, stays calm, takes action, keeps you informed whilst progressing as quickly and efficiently as possible. in a quick and efficient manner. I'm (almost) glad I had the problem, otherwise I would never have found such a convenient, reliable & knowledgeable professional who has widened my knowledge and ability to utilise my computer to best advantage. This product does what it says on the packet. Can't say that for most things today! |
