I have always found them very prompt, quick, helpful and reasonably priced. In addition, the staff always talk to me in English rather than computer speak, so I can understand what is going on, rather than feel inadequate.

The IT Dept came to my house and worked on the computer, restored all the missing software, and my computer was practically as good as new. And their price; a fraction of the previous company. |
