The Holistic Space - Holistic Therapist

The Holistic Space specialises in pre and post natal sessions, offering complementary therapy sessions including healing, nutritional support and advice and natural remedies to mums-to-be and their partners throughout East Sussex.

Now based in Hastings, The Holistic Space originally started out in London and the founder has many years experience in the field of complementary therapy.

The Pre Natal Session Package includes:
- Preparing physically for a healty pregnancy
- Exploring personal meaning behind change and processing emotions
- Advice on birth remedies and a healing session

The Post Natla Session Package includes:
- Assisting the physical healing process following the birth
- Processing emotions and finding perspective
- Remedies for babies, treating common ailments.

Angie Litvinoff, owner of The Holistic Space, is a healer and teacher with training in anatomy and physiology, natural remedies and metaphysical healing. Her extensive knowledge and experience includes working with:
