We know our cat Baggins will be so well looked after, and it is very reassuring to receive an sms on holiday telling us everything is well at home. 4.7 out of 5 | Finding Karen and The Happy Pet Sitting Service has been great for our family. We have an elderly dog who cannot come on all our outing due to his age and health and Karen comes and lets him out and spends time with him. We also have a young puppy and he also enjoys his visits with Karen.
The service provided is always reliable, always to suit our requirements and I am more than happy to recommend Karen to anyone who needs to use this type of service.
We love to read the log that gets filled in after every visit, and feel so relaxed on our outings as we receive a text from Karen letting us know that she has visited and how the dogs were while she was there.

She regularly goes out of her way to help us and fit in with our needs and has been exceptionally reliable. Most importantly she puts the needs of our dog first at all times and it is obvious that she is a genuine animal lover! I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone in need of a sitter. 4.7 out of 5 | As new owners of a 10 week old Newfoundland puppy ("challenging" springs to mind!), we are counting our blessings that we found Karen and the Happy Pet Sitting Service!
We use the services when, owing to work commitments, our puppy will have to spend some time in our house alone. To minimise any upset to her, we were committed to finding a company or person who would be able to visit our home, and just provide company and affection whilst we were away.
What we have found with Karen's service has exceeded our expectations! Not only do we have a reliable person who schedules her visits to suit our needs, and provides feedback on how our puppy has been or behaved whilst she has been there, we have found someone with the best possible attribute we could have ever asked for...we have found someone with a genuine, deep love of animals, someone who puts the animal's welfare as their highest priority, and is happy to look after, play with, and even socialise our puppy (and dare I say sometimes her owners too :-) We not only have someone who provides a dog-sitting service, but someone who we trust and can learn from...and from Flump the Puppy's perspective, she has found a brand new friend who she just loves to see (in fact 2 friends if we include Bandit, Karen's dog!)
