The Green Art Gallery showcases and sells a wide variety of modern art ranging from abstract and landscape to pop art and sculpture at very reasonable prices, with generous commissions given to featured artists.
Founded by Warren Green, The Green Art Gallery was initially set up as an advertising portal for potential galleries in the Northwest of the UK to advertise art to potential establishments without having to send photo samples or CD ROMs through the post. The obvious advantage of the online presence being that potential buyers, or re-sellers could browse through the entire collection, at their own time and if needed a lot sooner than the postal service would allow.
As The Green Art Gallery site grew however, more artists became involved and the site slowly became an online art gallery in its own right. Allowing artists to have their own profile and feature their own works on the site, whilst retaining complete control over the entries. There is no extra charge for this and only a small commission is charged upon sale of the piece.
Hours of BusinessThe Green Art Gallery are open for business from 9:00 to 5:30 Monday to Friday and are closed Saturday to Sunday.
