The proprietor has a wealth of experience and is happy to talk about his products and provide provenance for them. He goes beyond just "running a business" and has a real - if not infectious - passion for his profession. He goes out of his way to help customers: for example, he not only offered to remount displays that I'd already purchased from him (I wanted to change the photographs he'd initially used), but also to mount a couple of autographs from my own personal collection too - all I had to do was cover the P&P costs. I have just bought five signed photos from The Genuine Article and I am delighted with the results. The photos were original and in excellent condition. They were also well presented in plastic covers and well packaged. Delivery was very quick and communication with the seller was excellent. I bought a signed photo of an actress off the website and when I mentioned that I collected pictures of this actress the seller was able to provide four more different signed photos as there are more items available than are featured on the website. The Genuine Article are UACC registered and AFTAL approved and I received certificates of authenticity with official holograms on. Customer service was excellent and I can thoroughly recommend this company to any collectors.
