The Gallery Partnership host one of our Client's databases who have an on-line grant application process and on occasions we have encounted small problems. We have found all the staff at Gallery extremely helpful and most issues are resolved at the first time of contact.
Gallery host our Benefactor database. Although we have had teething problems when the system has been updated etc the staff have always been very helpful in sorting them out.
