DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You do not need to, they will charge a massive fee. You can claim your money back direct from HMRC. This company should be criminalised. I can't believe they are able to dress themselves up to look like an official agency like this. Even calling themselves the "Entitlements Agency' is a deception and fraud. They are a private company.

DO NOT USE THEM.

I had used them for PPI Sept 2012 and what they don't tell you is that some PPI's do effect and cancel your existing insurance policies that have adverse effects for you. All they are interested in is their cut which is 25% plus VAT. They also threaten to take you to court if you have not accepted a refund due to the above reason's. I took out a sickness and unemployment policy a year after my mortgage. Currently unemployed and having put in a claim I was told by my Insurance co that if I took the PPI refund my insurance would be terminated. I rejected the refund and now the Entitlement agency are threatening to take me to court even though I didn't ask them to re-claim PPI on my sickness and unemployment insurance.

Do not use this company, I too went on line and printed off a tax rebate form, unaware it was this company. Money due weeks ago, but unable to get though to them, then to be told I will be charged a fee, when I am not even aware I signed anything. When I look back on there website, they do not state they charge a fee. DO NOT USE, company should be struck off.

They suggest it takes 8-12 weeks...I've been waiting for over 6 months. Numerous phone calls.
It's managed by a boy(David) and his friends.

Stay well clear!

Following a letter I received in October2010 from HM Revenue & Customs, a repayment, along with the calculated repayment supplement was issued to The Entitlements Agency. This was 6 months ago!! Myself and my wife have both been on the telephone only to be told that staff will not take calls as there are too many. We were informed that we had to write to them, which we have done. Included in the letter was my home telephone number and my mobile, I asked if she could at least write to me or call to say how much longer this would take. I am still waiting!
